Project Management and Permitting Services

Serving as an Owner's Agent we offer our expertise to guide your project during the planning phases, and provide oversight through the key phases of construction.

Our Pre-Construction services as your Owners Agent may include:

Review zoning and setback requirements to determine size and placement limitations.
Determine if there are site conditions that may impact planning, including existing utility lines, easements, wetlands, wells, and septic system location.
Provide names and contact information for Civil engineers, Designers and Architects appropriate for your project.
Meet to review and discuss preliminary design drawings.
Provide names and contact information for trade contractors once definitive building plans are in progress.
Contact trade contractors and distribute the plans on your behalf.
Prepare rough estimate of construction costs.
Assist with review of trade contractor's bids with regard to pricing, allowances, completeness of bids and contracts.
Prepare and submit building permit applications. Complete energy calculations and forms to accompany building permit application.

Our Project Management services through construction may include:

Monitor / inspect construction at key phases.
Photo documentation of the work in progress.
Review trade contractors Payment Requests and Change Orders.
Serve as liaison between all parties as construction questions or issues arise.
