This letter was sent to Epoch Homes after River Village Carpenters completed the constuction of this client's modular home:

"Dave, I moved into my beautiful home last Nov but had a landscape of dirt and/or mud depending on the weather. I have put off having an open house until now so people could enjoy the yard as well as the house. This Saturday I am finally opening my home to all the neighbors who have been waiting patiently for the tour!
